Financial Aid

50%, up to $10,000 for collective projects, presenters or a tour of workshop visits; 50%, up to $40,000 for a marketing event (other than a tour)


This section of the program supports promotional and marketing projects that encourage the general development of the field by region or discipline. It also encourages the development of new marketing channels for Quebec craft products.


  • Applicant companies must:
  • Be a sole proprietorship or a legally incorporated company

  • Be entirely owned by Canadian citizens domiciled in Quebec

  • Be headquartered in Quebec

  • In the case of a collective project, demonstrate that the artisans or companies respond to the program’s general eligibility requirements

  • In the case of a presenter (shopkeeper, gallerist, promoter), demonstrate specialization and tangible experience in the marketing of Quebec craft products

  • In the case of a marketing event (regional or specialty fair, tour of workshop visit, etc.), demonstrate the majority participation of professional artisans from Quebec and, if applicable, justify their participation in the project

  • Commit to investing an amount equivalent to funding received for the project

  • Marketing events in their first edition are generally ineligible

Eligible Expenses

  • All costs related to the organization of marketing events or activities for products produced by professional artisans from Quebec, with the exception of salaries and operating expenditures
