Description

This program allows organizations to meet with an advisor who will assist in creating a profile and analysing its needs.

Criteria

  • Services fall under the following categories:
  • Company diagnosis

  • Management support (coaching)

  • Establishing a consultation committee

  • Support for human resources management

Eligible Expenses

  • Fees for professional consulting services for purposes outlined in the funding agreement
  • Fees related to an outside consultant that facilitates a consulting committee
  • Travel and accommodation fees for consultants
  • One-time training fees for members involved in a consulting activity (facilitation groups, holding meetings, conflict resolution, etc.)
  • Training fees related to knowledge sharing between employees targeted by the Aménagement et réduction du temps de travail (ARTT) plan
  • Costs related to necessary material and supplies
  • Equipment rental or purchasing costs
  • Cost of renting facilities and other associated fees
  • Promotion and marketing costs within the scope of an activity undertaken with a delegated organization; for any other activity, advertising should be limited to the operations budget
  • Taxes (non-reimbursed portion)
  • Financial incentives allocated under the ARTT component
  • Costs associated with management and administrative activities assumed by the delegated organization, up to 10% of eligible expenses
