Description
This section of the program contributes to the growth, recognition and appreciation of Inuit and First Nations artists and arts, and encourages the reappropriation and transfer of traditional knowledge and Inuit and First Nations languages and art, as well as their continued development. It does so by supporting Indigenous arts organizations in initiatives, development, and consolidation.

Criteria
- Eligible applicant organizations must:

Be a legally constituted, non-profit legal person with its head office in Quebec

Offer services or present professional artistic activities

Have a board of directors composed of a majority of Inuit or Aboriginal people belonging to one of the First Nations of Canada, having Canadian citizenship and ordinarily residing in Quebec
- Applications must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the start of the project
- Maximum of eight concurrent projects with CALQ per year
- Organizations funded by SODEC or the Ministry of Culture and Communications are ineligible
- Eligible activities include:
