Description
This section of the program promotes and showcases Quebec’s publishing industry within the province. It does so by supporting events with a national scope involving all of the supply chain as well as collective projects for the distribution and promotion of works from Quebec.

Criteria
- Eligible activities are defined as events concerning distribution with a national outreach, or collective projects that significantly involve publishers and accredited bookstores and are able to reach other stakeholders in the supply chain in Quebec
- Organizations must be under majority by Canadian citizens residing in Quebec
- Organizations must be headquartered in Quebec
- Financial support provided by this section of the program cannot be used for activities that are already funded by SODEC
